By accessing or using Histriva ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Histriva is a personal growth and habit tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized habit recommendations across seven life domains. The Service includes habit tracking, progress analytics, AI-powered suggestions, and related features.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including habits, goals, and personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., sending your goals to our AI provider to generate recommendations).

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate habit recommendations, insights, and motivational content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You use AI-generated recommendations at your own discretion and risk.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Free Tier

Histriva is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, existing free features will remain available, and we will provide advance notice of any changes to pricing.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems, though some data may persist in backups for a limited period.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Histriva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Histriva and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

13. AI Coaching Disclosure

Histriva uses artificial intelligence to provide personal growth coaching, habit suggestions, and domain-specific guidance. All AI-generated content is produced by automated systems, not licensed professionals.

Histriva is not a substitute for professional advice. The AI coaches are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, medical professionals, or counselors. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, financial emergency, or medical concern, please contact the appropriate professional or emergency service immediately.

Your conversations with AI coaches are stored to personalize your experience and improve recommendations over time. You can delete your conversation history at any time. AI responses are generated based on your habits, goals, and conversation context — they are not pre-written or reviewed by humans before delivery.

Histriva's AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or unhelpful suggestions. We continuously work to improve quality and safety, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every response. You are encouraged to use your own judgment when acting on AI-generated coaching.

14. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Histriva. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
